The Hartford Police Narcotics Unit conducted a search and seizure warrant at a business on Franklin Avenue, which led them to discover the illegal sale of marijuana and THC products on March 13.

The officers executed an arrest warrant for Leonardo Rodriguez, who is facing various charges for his crimes.

His charges include carrying a pistol without a permit, possession of a controlled substance possession with intent to sell, seized evidence, drug charges for 14 pounds of marijuana, 142 THC vape cartridges,
