A major rail project connecting New Jersey and New York is facing a possible shutdown as a funding dispute moves to court.
The Gateway Development Commission says it is suing the Trump administration over a cut of roughly $200 million tied to construction funding.
Officials say more than $1 billion has already been spent on the project.
Gov. Sherrill, who serves on the Gateway Development Commission, is scheduled to discuss the funding dispute live on News 12 at 7:30 a.m.
