Steve Tisch, chairman and co-owner of the New York Giants, was swept up in the release of more files Friday related to convicted sex offender Jeffery Epstein.
According to newly released emails first reported by The Athletic, Tisch received “scouting reports” on women from Epstein and the two men discussed whether women were “pro or civilian” or a “working girl.”
The Athletic published another exchange between Epstein and Tisch:
Epstein followed up with Tisch after he’d connected with one of the women: “report just in, you did very well, she wants to go to the play, she is a little freaked by the age difference but go slow … i will try to convince her not to return to Ukraine. having her crying worked.”
Tisch responded: “Nice report … Funny comment on crying!!!”
Neither the Giants nor Tisch have publicly commented yet on the new Epstein development.
New York City’s medical examiner ruled Jeffrey Epstein’s death a suicide by hanging in 2019 inside his jail cell at Metropolitan Correctional Center.
Tisch’s bio on the Giants website says the former Hollywood producer “is the only person with both an Oscar and a Super Bowl ring, winning Best Picture for Forrest Gump in 1994, and receiving two Super Bowl rings as Chairman of the Giants for Super Bowls XLII and XLVI.”
