"We found out on Friday that they're not delivering the furniture, and they didn't deliver the furniture Saturday, yesterday, and their reasoning was they're saying that consumer affairs has directed them not to deliver," said Gregory Scolieri, of Seaford.
Maria Gatti, of Coram, says she's been waiting on a living room set she spent nearly $3,000 on in February.
She says she was also told it would come this weekend.
"This is totally wrong. You're taking people's money, hard earned money, and that's it, blowing us off," Gatti said.
The Scolieri's say they will attend a hearing Monday morning at Suffolk County Consumer Affairs having to do with the complaint they filed against Gallery Furniture.
"We just want to move on with our lives, we have too many things going on, we have five kids, we need to move on, we need to move on from this," said Amy Scolieri.
Gatti says she was given a loaner couch from the store, and was told to call again on Monday.
News 12 reached out to Gallery Furniture and Suffolk County for comment and was waiting to hear back as of Sunday evening.
