From the Brick City to the Emerald City, students at the Newark School of Fashion and Design are putting the final touches on a “Wicked”-inspired fashion show.
Young designers have created original couture looks inspired by the hit musical and movie based on “The Wizard of Oz.”
The district-wide production will feature students from across Newark Public Schools to bring the magic of Oz to life on the runway.
This is the second annual fashion show for the school. The models take to the runway on Saturday for two shows at Newark Vocational High School.
The $25 tickets are available online.
