        Frigid temperatures and gusty winds are threatening New Jersey's health. The cold weather is causing concerns about hypothermia and frostbite.
        The brutal winds make waiting for the train or bus even colder. Temperatures in the 20s feel like the single digits or teens.
        Most commuters waited in their cars until they heard the train horn while commuting to work on Wednesday morning.
        New Jersey will not get above freezing on Thursday. Friday may get above 32 degrees in the afternoon.
        Things are not expected to improve next week. Below-normal temperatures are expected as well.
        The average high temperature for January is 40. The low is 26.
