The Ralph’s in Franklin Square destroyed in a fire is set to be back serving Italian ice next year.

The November 2025 fire that broke out on the corner of Third and Franklin avenues also completed destroyed 529 Bagels next door.

The owners provided an update on social media, saying the location will make its grand return in March 2027, sharing photos of their progress.

“The fire may have set us back and burned us down, but we rebuild with not only gratitude, but also with love and hope for the future,” the owners said in the post.
