A jury found former Bridgeport state Sen Dennis Bradley guilty Friday on all counts counts of wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
The jury determined the once-rising political star defrauded taxpayers out of $84,000.
Federal prosecutors had argued that a campaign event eights years ago was disguised as an office party meant to trick the state into giving Bradley that amount in public funding.
