Food trucks and vendors from all over the state gathered at the Milford Food Truck Festival this weekend.
News 12's Angelica Toruno spoke to vendors and foodies at the Connecticut Post Mall market.
Vendors like Michael Delaney from Soldier Solutions said they wouldn't want to spend their Memorial Day weekend any other way.
"I'm enjoying all the yummy food in between the work that I got to do," said Delaney.
His work fits right into what Memorial Day is all about.
"We're trying to fight veteran suicide, how we're doing that is we're partnering with a nonprofit,” said Delaney.
Delaney trains service dogs and then donates to veterans who have PTSD and other disabilities.
