It is the end of our Food Truck Friday series and we are ending it with a bang this morning. We are welcoming a Doughnut truck that is more than just donuts. Terrors outside the studios right now filling us in on what we can expect. Tara. No, no, no, Lisa. We are not ending it with a bang. We are ending it with a carnival. That's how we are ending it with us today. And yes, the final Food Truck Friday of the season is the Carnival Doughnut and their motto is over the top. I love that sometimes in life we go like don't be over the top, just kind of like fit and blend in. No, no, no. They are taking everything up a notch and joining me to tell me how they do that is Oscar. Thank you for being with us. How did this all get started? So in 2015, when we first started out in our little trailer, it all started off with mini stuffed donuts. But our whole name, our whole thing was carnival Doughnut Bar. So we had to incorporate something else into it. So why not go big? We decided to go with a milkshake and put one of our doughnuts, but just a little bit bigger right on top with all different types of decorations and toppings. And this is just one example of the milkshakes. You have up to 10 varieties even beyond that. Yeah, we have a bunch of different flavors for each of the options we have. For example, our minis, our ice cream donut sandwiches and our milkshakes. Yeah. So take me through some of this stuff too because I mean, when they say donuts, how much that's really what it is. How do you even fit your mouth around? Something like that? So we definitely offer some utensils to help out with that. The bowl might be a little bit helpful, but at the end of the day, it's how much you want to eat it, how fast and it's all going to be delicious and look at the toppings here again, point some of the stuff out. So here we have our French toast rolled in cinnamon sugar, cinnamon toast, crunch maple syrup, Oreo options, ice cream doughnut sandwich and mini's a salted caramel mini. And then over here we have a fun fetti over the top shake. And we also with lucky charms on top magically delicious there. And I came outside and things were on fire. I just wanna let everybody know that. So light it up. Oscar, light it up. Look at that up top. I mean, when we say over the top. Shakes and you're throwing fire flames out here. Yeah, over the top is definitely what we have. We know that private parties are what you guys do best. How has that been for you? It's awesome. We get to join so many different kinds of celebrations. Whether it's a party, a graduation, someone going off to college, it's all awesome. Everyone gets excited and it's awesome to be part of their experiences like that. That's what it is. I mean, you're part of like big moments in people's lives and that's cool. Again, I wish this camera would allow you to smell them through because I am getting the heat. We're getting the sweet. We are getting all of it right here with carnival food shop. We have information for you to find them to book them for your big event to make that party over the top as only carnival donut bar cant Lisa over the top. I mean, seriously, it is amazing that you can barely get your hands around those things. Tara, my goodness. We, we thankfully they come with straws too. So that will help.

But we are ending our Food Truck Friday series with a party and a doughnut truck that takes things to the extreme. Terre is getting a taste right outside our studios. I know you might need some help later. Tara, I'm here for you. I'm here for you. Oh, I appreciate that, Lisa. You're so generous. You know, if you hear us saying last Food Truck Friday, it's given you the end of summer. Scary, I get it. But right here right now we are going to shake it off and donut it up. How about that? As you mentioned, the carnival food truck is with us today. They are a carnival donut bar actually. And when you think donuts, you know, you think you like running for a morning snack, you grab it on the go. No, no, no. Brace yourself to stand for a minute and try to devour some of these Oscar is with us and he's going to take us through the products and kind of the brain operation behind all of this. Absolutely. Thank you for having us again. So everything started off as donuts, of course, but then we needed to expand more on it. So we thought let's try and go a little bit extra at the time. Shakes were very popular. Why not make them extra, make them over the top? So what we did was we just added our donut right on top with so many different options. These are just a few of the few shakes that we have so many of them have different combinations of toppings flavors. It's really incredible. And then these are like doughnut sandwiches and mini doughnuts. What's going on in front, in front of us? We have our over the top shakes, our ice cream doughnut sandwiches, our Oreo French toast options, our mini doughnut, salted caramel and Oreo. And again, just a few of what we have on our menu. I like that cereals being incorporated here because they're like trying to convince us that this is a breakfast item, but we know better than that. And if you're thinking, well, like shakes and ice cream, only a summer item. Oscar is going to tell you not the case for carnival. No, not at all. So we are actually rolling out a hot cocoa float for the winter time. It's a beautiful dessert option to have at the end of the night during your party. And it comes with a scoop of ice cream, different flavors for hot cocoa, different toppings on that as well. Trust me, they're just as extra as everything you see here. I love that. I love that. We're going extra here. We're not trying to keep it simple. We're trying to do it up and if you are looking to do this inside, that's an option for you too. The truck, not your only way of getting to your fan base. No, absolutely. So we've expanded to doing indoor events as well. We bring everything we need to make sure your party has what they need to have, the donuts, have the shakes, anything they need, we offer that as well. Love to see it. So, bring them inside for anything. Weddings. The after party, the sweet 16, the graduation school, you're just starting. If you want to celebrate that too, they're be here for you.
