Residents of a Bedford Avenue apartment building say management does the bare minimum to make repairs, creating ongoing issues.
The tenants at 2505 Bedford Ave. say they've been dealing with leaks, cracks and other issues that go ignored by management for years.
"If I go to the bathroom, I have to have an umbrella to make sure that the people upstairs don't flush the toilet and let feces water fall on me," said Kathleen Wilson, a longtime resident of the building.
The Housing Preservation and Development website shows 75 complaints at the Bedford Avenue building have been filed since the beginning of the year.
News 12 reached out to the landlord and is waiting to hear back.
