A monthslong drug investigation across Bergen County led to the arrests of five people accused of running a large-scale narcotics manufacturing and distribution operation, authorities announced this week.
Investigators say Thomas A. Crisafulli, Jayshawn Eyamazememba, Ethan Lara, Michael Morales and Naudy Oviedo lead an operation that stretched across several locations in Bergenfield, Englewood and Lodi, where suspects allegedly manufactured and distributed illegal drugs including MDMA, ketamine, marijuana and counterfeit pills.
According to prosecutors, the investigation began in September 2025 and involved the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force, the United States Postal Inspection Service, and the Maywood Police Department.
On May 7, law enforcement executed search warrants at multiple properties throughout Bergen County. During the raids, investigators reportedly seized 3 kilograms of MDMA, 9 kilograms of ketamine and 291 kilograms of counterfeit pressed pills.
Authorities estimate the street value of the seized narcotics exceeds $4 million.
All five defendants face multiple drug-related charges, including operating a drug production facility and possession with intent to distribute controlled substances.
