Firefighters in Yonkers are at the scene of a four-alarm fire involving multiple structures.
The fire erupted in the School Street neighborhood, according to a Yonkers Fire Department post
on social media.
Fire crews on scene say at least four buildings were on fire with a partial collapse of the first building where the fire started.
Officials say they do not know how many people are impacted or cause of fire.
Fire crews say they are worried about frozen gear and slick spots while battling the fire due to outside temperatures.
There are no injuries at this time.
Officials say multiple departments are assisting in battling the fire.
Residents are urged to avoid the area.
