A fire broke out at an industrial kitchen for ShopRite in Linden on Tuesday at around 4 p.m.
It reached two alarms, with heavy, black smoke coming out of the building. Officials say the fire started in a shed and took firefighters just over an hour to get under control.
The structure is a commissary for the grocery store ShopRite, where food for the grocery store is made there before it's taken to the stores.
The location remains closed pending further inspection.
