A fire damaged a laundromat Tuesday in Haverstraw, leaving water on the floor and laundry set outside the business.

The damage was seen at the location along Route 9W.

Puddles of water covered parts of the floor inside the laundromat.

Laundry items were also seen outside the building following the fire.

Fire inspectors are working to determine what caused the fire.
