Field Station Dinosaurs will be getting paid for its dinosaur animatronics – ending days of back-and-forth negotiations surrounding the Bergen County attraction.
Field Station and the contractor for the Showboat Resort resolved their issues over payment.
The company confirmed it received the payments for the animatronics and is proceeding with the sale to the contractor.
Officials said they are glad the dinosaurs will continue to entertain and educate New Jersey children for years to come.
News 12 also spoke to the contractor, who said he is happy the settlement has been reached.
As News 12 previously reported, a contractor for Showboat agreed to purchase the dinosaurs after Field Station announced it was closing. But after taking possession of the animatronics, an issue with payment occurred.
