A fetus was discovered by a NYCHA worker cleaning out garbage cans in Canarsie, according to police sources. Police sources say the worker noticed blood while cleaning the can at 1590 E 102nd St. They opened a package and found what appeared to be a 5- to 6-month-old fetus. This is a developing story.
