A total of 17 families are now being assisted by the American Red Cross after a massive fire erupted inside a five-story building on University Avenue Tuesday night.

A full vacate order has been issued.
News 12 crews were on scene on Wednesday and observed cleanup efforts as residents lean on each other to move forward.
