The FDA has expanded its recall for ByHeart baby formula products.

Fifteen cases of botulism have been tied to the company's formula here in the U.S. since August.

An infant is currently hospitalized on Long Island with a possible link to the recall.

The state Department of Health issued a health advisory notice to health care providers and hospitals.
