Family sources tell News 12 the body of a missing 26-year-old woman from The Bronx may have been found in Yonkers.

Dozens of missing person flyers for Pamela Alcantara were taped across the neighborhood with a pursuit for answers.

Sunilda Rubiera, Alcantara's mother, says the last time she and her daughter spoke on the phone was early Sunday morning as she was coming home from a church event and was preparing for another event at church in Connecticut later that day. She says Alcantara never showed.

Rubiera says Alcantara lived with her ex and recently had plans to move out alone.

Candles have been placed outside 2200 Morris Ave.
