People in town are meeting at the Pequot Library in Southport this morning and at Illicit Brewing in Fairfield.
Then they are heading up to Hartford for a rally this morning at 10:30 a.m. at the state capitol.
People opposing these huge monopoles say their property rights need to be protected.
They say their religious freedoms are not for sale.
Libraries are not for sale.
They say their business corridors will be destroyed.
People against the plan say health and safety should not be compromised and sacrificed for big power.
