As fans gear up for Super Bowl Sunday, state officials are issuing a cautionary reminder to celebrate responsibly.

Josh Morgan, a spokesperson for the CT DOT, emphasized the importance of safety during this American pastime, stating, "The Super Bowl Sunday - it's a great time for people to gather, it's really one of these American pastimes and one of the great celebrations. But we really want it to be enjoyed safely and responsibly so we are just reminding the public that law enforcement is going to be out getting dangerous drivers off the road."
