A new housing development, Estela, has introduced 544 apartments to the Mott Haven neighborhood. The building offers various amenities, including a gym, indoor basketball courts, retail shops, co-working spaces, and event areas.

“With Mott Haven changing so much, it’s really nice to have all of this within your living space,” said Shekinah Grayson, leasing manager for the building.

With 90% of the apartments already leased, the development is attracting residents looking for modern living spaces with access to on-site facilities.
