Parts of Rockland County got slammed during the storms on Monday.
On Poplar and Spruce streets, cars were stuck with storm water up to the tops of the tires on some of them.
Rockland County first responders tell News 12 they had dozens of emergency calls about trees and wires down. They also reported flooding in several places.
