        The bird flu has been detected at a duck farm on Long Island – impacting many local restaurants.
        As News 12 has reported, bird flu was detected at Crescent Duck Farm in Aquebogue. Tens of thousands of ducks had to be euthanized.
        News 12 spoke with Alex Bujoreanu, chef at R.AIRE in the Hamptons about the challenges restaurants are facing to source duck.
