Two people are now in custody following an assault of a 21-year-old security guard inside a City MD Urgent Care in Highbridge.

Investigators have arrested 46-year-old Chelese Bell, of New Windsor, and 45-year-old Kevin Bell. The pair is facing assault charges.

The incident happened inside the City MD location at 48 East 170 St. on April 14 at 2:30 p.m.

Authorities say the pair stabbed the security guard in the back with a metal object. They also sprayed the security guard before punching and kicking him in the face, according to officials.

The guard was transported to Jacobi Hospital for his injuries.
