A coastal flooding advisory is in effect for the Jersey Shore during high tide. There could be nuisance tidal flooding in the more susceptible areas because of the new moon.
The forecast hasn't changed all that much. The pattern remains unsettled through Mother's Day. Saturday is the sunny anomaly.
TONIGHT: Clouding up with occasional showers. Cool and clammy feel.
TOMORROW: On-and-off rains, wind-driven from time to time. Temperatures are much cooler than average. Highs around 55 degrees. Normal weather is 72 degrees.
TOMORROW NIGHT: Clouds slowly clear. Temperatures are seasonable in the mid-40s.
SATURDAY: Best weather of the weekend. Sun and clouds. Temperatures in the low-60s.
MOTHER'S DAY: Overcast with showers. Cool again with highs in the upper-50s.
NEXT WEEK: Decent weather, and warmer. Something to look forward to.
