Driver arrested following Hartford Christmas fatal car crash
Tyron Davis of Manchester turned himself in following his involvement in a fatal car crash in Hartford, police said.
On Dec. 26, Davis crashed his Tesla Cybertruck into a Toyota Camry, leaving the four Camry occupants with serious injuries.
One of the passengers was a 14-year-old male who was pronounced dead upon arriving at the hospital, officials said.
Davis was charged with second-degree manslaughter, three counts of first-degree assault, evading responsibility involving death, reckless driving and failure to drive in proper lane.
Bond was set for $1.35 million, and Davis is currently being held in Hartford Detention Facility.
