An Orange County woman accused of nearly hitting a child with her car while speeding in a school zone was arrested on Thursday.
Police say 53-year-old Tricia Borrero Orlando passed by a stopped school bus, just missing the child near HBE Elementary School in Deerpark.
She faces multiple charges, including endangering the welfare of a child.
She is set to appear in court on Dec. 2.
