Nearly two dozen dogs and cats that were rescued from cramped and dirty conditions are now looking for new homes.

The ASPCA and the NYPD removed the animals from an Ocean Hill apartment in June.

The animals were kept in crates and found covered in urine and feces.

Since their rescue, the dogs have received medical care from the ASPCA.

Ten of the pups are with Muddy Paws Rescue and available for adoption.
