Milania Giudice, the 20-year-old daughter of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice, has been arrested and charged following a domestic dispute last month, according to an official news release from the Montville Township Police Department.

Montville Township Police announced that the incident occurred on May 14, when local authorities received a report of a dispute at a residence within the town.

Following a police investigation into the matter, Giudice, a resident of Montville, was officially charged on a summons complaint with one count of assault, which is classified as a disorderly persons offense under New Jersey state law.

Authorities confirmed that Giudice was processed and released pending her next scheduled court appearance.
