2h agoMarch 28 is the next big date in the case of alleged Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann, following a court appearance this morning.
A Frye hearing over DNA evidence that the defense wants tossed will begin that day.
DA Ray Tierney says he is confident the evidence should be allowed.
Heuermann is accused in the murders of seven women and has pleaded not guilty.
