Thousands of pickle lovers relished every moment this weekend as "The Ultimate Pickle Experience" took over the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center in Edison. Devoted dill fanatics crunched, sipped and sampled their way through pickle-themed foods from fudge to fries. The event featured multiple vendors selling food and craft items inside the expo center and food trucks and music creating a carnival-like atmosphere outside the facility. Fans also found other ways to embrace the brine, including a pickle-eating contest, pickle costumes and pickle wrestling.
