Crews have repaired a water main break in East Meadow.

News 12 has learned some commercial properties were impacted on Hempstead Turnpike, btu service has been restored, according to the Town of Hempstead.

Town of Hempstead says no homes were impacted.

The town also says it has been in contact with the state DOT about salting the affected area.
