Changes are heading our way starting Saturday.
Temperatures will climb, as a warm front lifts north through the area.
Winds will go from the cooler east to the warmer and muggier south.
Expect to see low clouds, fog and some light showers early in the morning.
This will give way to sunnier skies, with highs in the lower 80s.
Storms are likely later in the day and in the evening. Some storms could have stronger winds.
The thunderstorms are on the border of becoming severe for our local area.
Sunday will be even warmer and the sun will try to come back and that will help temperatures climb up into the upper 80s.
Next week looks hot, but it's not triple digit heat this time around.
Temperatures in western Connecticut will jump up into the upper 80s to nearly 90 degrees.
