A contractor was killed by a falling piece of a radio tower Thursday in Atlantic City, according to authorities.

Police say the victim was working on Murray Avenue when a chunk of the 300-foot structure fell.

It’s not yet clear what caused the piece of the tower to fall.

Authorities have yet released the name of the worker.
