Connecticut has been ranked by ConsumerAffairs as one of the most frequent states with road rage.
New research from AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety says that 96% of drivers across the country say they've experienced road rage in the past year.
The AAA study also found that aggressive driving is contagious. Researchers say drivers who were exposed to aggressive driving were more likely to drive aggressively themselves.
A ConsumerAffairs Research Team analyzed that recent data, along with fatal crash data from the NHTSA Gun Violence Archive, to
identify the worst states for road rage.
They say Connecticut landed in the 13th spot.
Other notable rankings include:
- Arkansas in first place.
- New Jersey in fifth place.
- New York in 32nd place.
- Maine in last place.
