Four days after Connecticut's digital privacy and artificial intelligence regulations took effect, Rep. Hubert Delany reported overwhelmingly positive community feedback regarding the new legislative guardrails.
The landmark law establishes an AI safety framework and requires employers to notify workers in writing when using automated tools for employment decisions.
"What I'm seeing when I'm knocking on the doors is an overwhelmingly positive response from the public," Delany said.
