        The Connecticut Fire Academy held its 22nd annual Memorial Service to honor state firefighters who have died in the line of duty.
        The ceremony, organized by the Connecticut State Firefighters Association, added four names to the Fallen Firefighters Memorial, including James Chevalier from Newtown.
        Chevalier, a Long Ridge Fire Company (Stamford) firefighter with over 20 years of service, passed away last year.
        The memorial service pays tribute to firefighters who have made the ultimate sacrifice, ensuring their memories and contributions are never forgotten.
