Republican Congressman Mike Lawler joined lawmakers Wednesday to protest Gov. Kathy Hochul's congestion pricing plan.
The plan, approved by the MTA, charges drivers $9 to enter Manhattan.
Lawler calls it a "cash grab," arguing the state mismanaged funds.
Gov. Hochul says revenue will fund the transit authority.
"If we have to take legislation action we will…and let Kathy Hochul sue. Let her go to court and try and get the courts to weigh in her favor,” says Lawler.
