There is a COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY for communities bordering the waterfront and coast as a result of the higher-than-normal high tide cycles this evening and tomorrow evening due to the offshore storm and the influence of the full moon.
        FORECAST:
The weather is strikingly improved today with temperatures that may surprise many! Highs reach 86 degrees under a warm, sunny sky, so it is important to wear layers today as a sweater will cause overheating easily in the sunshine later on. There will be passing clouds, but the sun will be warm when it is out. The clouds linger into tonight with a mild low of 66 degrees.
Tomorrow's weather trends mostly cloudy with a rogue stray sprinkle north and east in the state, but it isn't too likely.
Friday's temperatures will be near 80 degrees.
The weekend is much cooler but pleasant with a partly sunny sky for both Saturday and Sunday. It may be breezy on Saturday with passing clouds. Sunday is the first day of autumn, and it will feel like it.
The next chance for rain arrives likely on Wednesday of next week.
