An East Northport teenager is giving back this holiday season with a holiday light show news trials. Logan Crawford is outside the home on Oxo Court tonight. Oh my gosh, Logan, what a display, right? Ta just look at this enormous display here. We spoke with the teenager who says he built this all by himself out of recycled materials and decorations, broken decorations that he's restored. And we caught up with 19 year old Andrew Reid earlier as he was getting ready for tonight's Light Show. This year, I actually made these 16 ft snowflakes out of pallet wood that I found recycled from the garbage. This is Andrew Reid's Island of Misfit decorations. The 19 year old says he goes around collecting broken holiday decor that people throw away and spends all year restoring them for his display. Andrew says he's been doing this light show at his East Northport home for four years now. But as this is the biggest display yet, he says he's collecting donations for the Ronald mcdonald House so far. He says he's collected $400 in the last two nights. It's been open. I love to help people out. I'm going to school to be a paramedic. So I wanna help people out as much as I can. You know. So, and I like to make people happy. So everyone knows that. So I was like, why not do a display and raise money for kids with cancer as well? The display is open to the public every night from 530 to 9 o'clock here in East Northport. Weather permitting. And Andrew says if you have any broken decorations, you don't want anymore, come drop them off and he'll add them to his collection. Tama. Wow. What a sight Logan. Thank you for that report.
