A Pelham Gardens resident caught home video of a person stealing his packages off his front porch.

It happened Dec. 2 to Roberto Torres.

"In less than 30 seconds, he picked up the packages, put them right in his car and drove away," said Torres.

A total of four packages have been stolen from him this holiday season.

"I just want to feel like I can get my packages that I paid for with my hard-earned money and unfortunately I don't feel safe," Torres said.

Since then, he put up a sign on his front door asking delivery drivers to drop his packages off behind his back gate but to no avail.

"They still leave them at the front door. When I reach out to UPS or USPS or anyone, they say it's up to the delivery person's discretion if they want to make it to the back," said Torres.

Feeling like he's left with little options, Torres will be placing in-store pickup orders for the rest of the season.
