FDNY responded to a roll over crash on the Belt Parkway early Friday morning.  

The crash was reported on the Belt Parkway near Third Avenue at around 1:15 a.m.  

Video captured on Citizens shows a car upside down and police on scene.  

One person refused medical attention at the scene, and the incident was closed just after 2 a.m.
