Hempstead Town officials say a home in Woodmere is designated unlivable after a teen driver crashed into it early Thursday morning.

The Kia sedan went through the side of the home on East Broadway near Carman Avenue around 2 a.m., Nassau police say.

A family, including three children, was inside the home at the time, but no one was injured, according to police.

Police say the driver suffered minor injuries, and no criminality is suspected.
