Orange police responded to a crash after a vehicle collided with trees Friday morning.
The crash happened near the intersection of Walnut Hill Road after 1 p.m.
Officer Mekhi Barnett found the crash after a Dodge Charger was speeding on the Birchwood and Route 114.
The driver was not injured.
Jabouin Kervens, 24, of Norwich, was arrested for speeding, reckless driving and failure to maintain his lane.
Kernes is due in court on Jan. 5 at the Superior Court in Derby.
