East Patchogue police say two brothers are responsible for a scary situation at a youth football game over the weekend.
Officials say Marcus Young, 29 and Christian Young, 21, both of Shirley, were arrested after being involved in a fight involving a gun near Hallock Park on Sunday morning. This was during the Patchogue-Medford and Bellport game.
Although a gun was involved in the incident, police say that no shots were fired. Police also say that the fight was not inside the park, but on the street behind it. It was not clear if the fight was related to the football game.
The brothers are now facing multiple weapons charges.
