A Bronx man faces charges for coercing two children into sexual activity and sex trafficking a third child over the course of a year, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York announced Wednesday.
Prosecutors say 42-year-old Jimmy Rosario convinced the minors to meet him in person after messaging them on social media.
They say he filmed himself engaging in sexual activity with two of the juveniles. They say Rosario also solicited the third to engage in sexual acts in exchange for money.
Rosario faces between 10 years to life in prison.
