A Bronx man is accused of defrauding people who were trying to ship items internationally from Haverstraw.

Haverstraw police say they arrested 48-year-old Julio Fermin Germosen after receiving more than two dozen complaints about his company, called Rockland Shipping, based out of Rockland County.

Germosen was charged with scheming to defraud involving 10 or more victims.

Police urge anyone who believes they have been a victim to give them a call.
