23m agoThree candidates are vying for a seat in the 22nd Senatorial District.
They include Democrat Sujata Gadkar-Wilcox, Republican Chris Carrena and Independent Robert Edward Halstead.
The seat being vacated by Sen. Marilyn Moore, which includes all of Trumbull and parts of Bridgeport and Monroe.
Moore announced her retirement back in May.
